Timber Ridge Firewood is also happy to deliver unguided as long as we have adequate drop-off instructions. We understand that not everyone can make regular work schedules work, and we are happy to accommodate different people’s needs.

We strive for delivery within 7 days maximum and are happy to accommodate express orderers even during peak seasons. Once we have your information, we will book you into our delivery calendar, providing different delivery options. Upon confirmation, you will get notified the day before your delivery with a rough time estimate. On the day of your delivery, you will have a 30-45 minute heads up before arrival. Our firewood is cut to 16†and goes through a firewood processor. It is uniform in size and dry upon pick up or delivery. We use moisture meters to test our firewood before delivery, ensuring that the wood is dry when it arrives at your location.
4. Quantity Assurance
When receiving a pickup or delivery from Timber Ridge Firewood, we take the time to hand stack the firewood to ensure there is no air space, and the quantity is accurate. We base our volume on a stacked cord of firewood, 4 x 4 x 8, 128 cubic feet. This system allows us to measure out any quantity of firewood and charge by the cubic foot ensuring that our clients get their money worth.
