Timber Ridge Firewood operates year-round and is dedicated to serving commercial/residential clients in a pinch or on short notice. We offer pickups or deliveries in evenings and weekends upon request.
Timber Ridge Firewood is also happy to deliver unguided as long as we have adequate drop-off instructions. We understand that not everyone can make regular work schedules work, and we are happy to accommodate different people’s needs.
Our client’s schedules are just as important to us as our company schedule. We value the fact that people need firewood, and not everyone always thinks far enough ahead or just decides the last minute they need wood. Since we understand that concept, we are continually expanding and refining our process to serve our clients to the best of our capabilities.
We strive for delivery within 7 days maximum and are happy to accommodate express orderers even during peak seasons. Once we have your information, we will book you into our delivery calendar, providing different delivery options. Upon confirmation, you will get notified the day before your delivery with a rough time estimate. On the day of your delivery, you will have a 30-45 minute heads up before arrival. We try to make the booking process simple making our company accessible and flexible to our clients’ individual needs.

Timber Ridge Firewood only stocks mid-grade to premium quality firewood. We do not stock low-quality firewood because we want our clients to have the best burning experience possible every single time they burn our firewood. We strive for quality firewood year-round without ever running out of inventory.
Our firewood is cut to 16” and goes through a firewood processor. It is uniform in size and dry upon pick up or delivery. We use moisture meters to test our firewood before delivery, ensuring that the wood is dry when it arrives at your location.
4. Quantity Assurance
When receiving a pickup or delivery from Timber Ridge Firewood, we take the time to hand stack the firewood to ensure there is no air space, and the quantity is accurate. We base our volume on a stacked cord of firewood, 4 x 4 x 8, 128 cubic feet. This system allows us to measure out any quantity of firewood and charge by the cubic foot ensuring that our clients get their money worth.

Timber Ridge Firewood guarantee’s the quality and quantity of our firewood. If you are ever unhappy with your product or our services, you should bring it to our attention.
